PURCHASE SIGN UP ITEMS ONLINE
In addition to single auction items that will go to the highest bidder, there are also five "sign up" items where multiple people can sign up for the same opportunity. Please click on the links in the upper right corner to view and bid on the sign up items. They are:
First Tracks at Vail followed by breakfast at the Game Creek Club on Saturday, January 14, 2012 for $125 per person. Donated by Annalisa and Adam Savin.
A cooking class for women at Dish! on Sunday, January 29, 2012 that includes a bottomless glass of wine for $100. Donated by Nancy Cole, Tracy Gillette, Heather McInerny, and Stacey Sapp.
A Night of New Orleans in Vail at the Bolyard Family residence on Saturday, January, 28, 2012 for $85 per person. Donated by PK Scheerle and Bruce Bolyard.
Individual palm trees from the Gala for $100 each. Donated by Ann Smead and Michael Byram.
A copy of the wonderful video shown at the Gala featuring images and video taken at VMS this year for $40 each.

AUCTION DETAILS AND ITEM PICK UP
The auction will close on December 1, 2011 at 10:00 p.m.
Items will be available for pick up at VMS on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting on December 3. All items must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14. Please note that to avoid congestion from student pick up, it is best to avoid VMS between 3:00-4:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION AND SIGN IN INSTRUCTIONS
You must sign in to place bids. On the sign in screen,
click "Find Existing Record," whether or not you have an existing
record. Fill in the fields with your first and last name and the numbers of
your mailing address (i.e. 1234, not PO Box 1234) and click on "Find My
Record". Your login information will be emailed directly to you. If you
